Built to Last
Every Badlander tells a story of precision and craftsmanship. Topo Topper's skilled team TIG welds each component with 4043 filler rod, carefully polishing visible joints to perfection. The shell is crafted from laser-cut 1/8" aluminum (5052 alloy), while the frame rail features 6061 structural alloy with elegant radius edges that flow seamlessly into the body lines.
Weather Any Storm
We chose Weathermax 80 FR fabric (proudly made in the USA) for our tents because it's simply the best. This marine-grade material laughs in the face of rain, stays flexible down to -40°F, and stands up to harsh UV rays for 1500+ hours. It's also incredibly durable, surviving 50,000 abrasion cycles in testing.
The Devil's in the Details
That distinctive chamfered roof edge? That's their signature, precision-cut from a single .090 aluminum sheet. The interior frame is engineered with lightweight but robust 6000 series aluminum tubes, making this generation easier to handle without sacrificing an ounce of strength.
Every Badlander is coated with Tiger Drylac powder coating – the gold standard in weather protection. Each unit goes through rigorous prep, including sanding and chemical rinsing, because they believe in doing things right. Premium stainless hardware, USA-made Trim-Lok gaskets, and heavy-duty polyurethane sealing mean your Badlander is ready for whatever Mother Nature throws at it.
